We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to assist at our upcoming TV show auditions event. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and checking in attendees, answering questions, and performing other minor tasks as assigned to ensure the event runs smoothly. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome attendees as they arrive at the event. Check-in guests and participants, ensuring accurate registration details. Answer general questions about the event, providing information and assistance as needed. Direct attendees to appropriate areas, such as waiting areas, audition rooms, or facilities. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Handle minor administrative tasks as assigned by the event coordinator. Assist in the setup and breakdown of the reception area before and after the event. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. (WANTED BUT NOT REQUIRED) Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Professional appearance and demeanor. Availability to work during the event hours and any necessary preparatory meetings.
